Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Absolutely. The majority of our commercial projects are completed after business hours, on weekends, or during scheduled closures. We build a mobilization schedule around your operations so your business stays up and running. Whether it's a restaurant that closes at 10 PM or an office building that empties at 6 PM, we adapt to your hours. Not the other way around.
Do you handle multi-location rollouts?
Yes. Multi-location rollouts are one of our specialties. We've handled multi-unit projects for national brands like Applebee's and Denny's across Nevada and Utah. We assign a dedicated project manager, standardize specs and color codes across all locations, and coordinate phased scheduling so every location gets the same quality result on the same timeline.
What about tenant improvements?
Tenant improvement projects are a core part of our commercial work. We coordinate with general contractors, property managers, and tenants to deliver painting as part of larger TI buildouts. We understand the fast timelines involved and can mobilize crews quickly to keep your TI schedule on track. We've completed hundreds of TI projects across Las Vegas, Reno, and Southern Utah.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
We carry $2 million in general liability coverage and a $5 million umbrella policy, which meets or exceeds the requirements for virtually every commercial property and general contractor we work with. Certificates of insurance are available within 24 hours of request. Just let us know who to name as additionally insured.
What coatings do you use for high-traffic areas?
For high-traffic commercial environments, we use commercial-grade scuff-resistant and washable coatings from Sherwin-Williams and Dunn-Edwards. Hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and restrooms get epoxy or semi-gloss finishes rated for thousands of cleaning cycles. We also offer electrostatic painting for metal surfaces like door frames, handrails, and elevator doors. Providing a factory-like finish that's extremely durable.
Do you offer maintenance painting contracts?
Yes. Many of our commercial clients. Especially property management companies, hotel groups, and apartment complexes. Work with us on recurring maintenance painting contracts. We'll assess your property, build a rotation schedule, and handle ongoing touch-ups, unit turns, and common area refreshes at preferred pricing. It's the easiest way to keep your property looking sharp year-round without managing individual bids.
