How fast can you turn a vacant unit?
Standard unit turns are completed within 24-48 hours of receiving possession. For studios and 1-bedroom units, same-day turns are available. We coordinate with your leasing and maintenance teams to minimize vacancy days and get units back on the market fast.
Do you offer recurring maintenance painting contracts?
Yes. Recurring contracts are a core part of our multifamily business. We'll assess your property, build a rotation schedule for common areas and exteriors, and handle ongoing unit turns at preferred pricing. Most of our property management clients work with us on annual or multi-year contracts.
Can you paint building exteriors without disrupting residents?
Absolutely. We phase exterior work by building, provide advance notice to affected residents, and coordinate parking and balcony access. Our crews work during daytime hours for exterior projects but take care to minimize noise, dust, and access disruptions.
Do you work with HOA boards on color selection?
Yes. We can help your board narrow down HOA-approved color schemes and provide sample boards and detailed proposals formatted for HOA review and approval.
